How many sessions will I need?

This is very individual and depending on your needs and goals it is different for everyone. Session numbers can vary from 6-20. We will have regular check ins and reviews. These will be an opportunity for us to discuss the progress you feel you are making towards your goals, and any potential barriers or changes we feel may be needed within sessions.

What if I need to cancel a session?

Accepted Answer

Once your booking has been confirmed, I require payment within 48 hours of the session beginning. If you wish to cancel a session I require 24 hours notice, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the session fee. Full T&Cs will be sent once your appointment has been confirmed.

Question 3

How do I know if CBT, EMDR or CPT is right for me?

You can book for an initial assessment to allow me to get an idea of your current difficulties and to check we are a good fit to work together. If we are, we will then discuss a treatment plan and consider which options may be right for you. If I don't believe I am the right therapist for you I will be able to make some recommendations according to your needs.

Do you work with insurance providers?
